ABOUT

Writer and artist, had some professional experience doing gigs in Toronto, during the crazy late 80's band scene. On Facebook as Artidan, and on Saatchiart.com/artidan as artist, on as artidan007. Triumph and Rush were king, but Santers, Kim Mitchell, and other so-so bands were nipping at everyone's heels. Shatterbox didn't do well, as we had a revolving door for bass players and lead guitar, and vocals were sometimes missing, so we did prog rock and jazz to try and make our music give a pleasing package...times were tough, only the tough got time for gigs...or recording contracts. Dreams. I like creating music, even messing with octaves of known tunes, switching breaks, tempo, even melody. Sometime the beat makes the groove, and the grove is the song...adapt.

Had Sonar, Ludwig, and Rogers; now have Roland electronic drums and 50 watt keyboard amp. Play any volume, or practice with headphones. Sticks, of course, and access to guitars...if the moon is full, and hell freezes over.
