I've been playing guitar for over 30 years but my career has kept me from being in a band, or even regularly jamming with others for the last 20 years. My doctor recently told me that now that I'm in my 40's I should "mellow out" and dedicate more time to my hobbies. Guitar is what I love so I've committed to seeking out others to jam with.
Rhythm or lead, it's all fun to me. My vocal range sucks but I can belt out Petty, Floyd, Hendrix or CCR in a pinch.
I live in lower Stoney Creek and have pro gear. I don't smoke but I do enjoy an occasional beer, especially when jamming.
I'm in the film business so my work schedule tends to be inconsistent but I would be able to commit to a jam with at least a couple of days notice.
