ABOUT
Playing bass is my first love. I play a straight up, punchy, rhythmic style of bass to compliment drumming rhythms. I use finger plucking, a pick or slap; whatever is required for the style of music. I have played rock, metal, alternative, funk, R & B and jazz.
I am a singer/songwriter just because I am compelled to do so.
Along side my bass playing, I have also played guitar, piano and tenor saxophone, primarily for songwriting/composing purposes.
I have RCM Theory degrees in Rudiments (Grade 2) and Harmony (Grade 3).
I own the Alchemy Sonic Lab, a small music and audio production business. I produce music and audio for commercial video productions.
Currently I am looking to find an experienced drummer to join a cover band project backing a female rock singer. This is not a job for hire. But in time, if things go well, we expect to be playing regular paying gigs.
