...The demo albums of robert j.a. macdonald.
Every new album is a chance to do something different. From project to project i'll jump from acoustic to metal, done tastefully, with good songwriting and good riff-age! I've been playing and writing songs most of my life, and recording for the past 13 years in my personal home studio. Tho I still call all these tracks 'demos' (because i am yet to record anything professionally), the over all quality of my production keeps getting better, so I am happy.

***my newest album is 'the kinesis experiments I & II' (2015), a new ROCK double album! simply, i had too many songs for 1 album, so i made it a double!

seriously, way too many to mention them all, but a few are...edge of sanity, hypocrisy, novembre, smashing pumpkins, metallica, weezer, nirvana, matthew good band, ani difranco, pantera, sepultura, thornley, john frusciante, dragonforce, pink floyd, evanescence, nightwish, megadeth, ill nino, deftones, ash, nada surf, classical, and anything indie! the music i enjoy has to have positivity behind it. i have no interest in HATE music.

but i am here to stay connected, to keep my ear to the ground in London ON, and to show myself off of course! lol ...if i WERE looking for musicians, YES i would want your ego, YES i would want your talent, and YES i would want you to take your work seriously! i mean, if you don't take your art and what you do seriously, who else will? bring your balls, go big or go home! there is so much talent in the London area, and i wish them all success.
