In February 2013 both Olivia Lloyd and Paul Everett were successful candidates for a cover band audition in downtown Toronto, which was to be the start of a strong working musical relationship. After the band did not stay together, the couple later formed an acoustic duet as a means to express their love for playing live together. The couple later became a romantic couple!

Paul Everett and Olivia Lloyd, or Pj & Oli are an acoustic duet in the Barrie area covering easy-listening Soul, Funk, 70s/80s Motown and Jazz, all with a soft groove. Using well-rounded acoustic arrangements and soulful vocals, Pj & Oli are in the business of the creative re-organization of the songs you already know and love! Stevie Wonder, Prince, Chaka Khan, Michael Jackson, Jamiroquai, Level 42, Tina Turner, Etta James, Eva Cassidy, Frank Sinatra and plenty more. Pj & Oli generate both the soul and energy of a five piece group! Seeking to provide smaller venues with an upbeat background, Pj and Oli are gaining speed with a duet which offers classic live music for all to enjoy.
