- played piano since childhood/ sang and played keys in various bands during highschool
- performed at monthly balls at Squeeze Club (mid 90's) - singing, and playing guitar
- lead guitar in very Stonesy, original band, "Beggarz" - opened for Mick Taylor, many local gigs, including Phoenix, Reverb, Lee's Palace, Opera House, also N.Y.C.
- played keyboards with Melting Pot - blues-drenched, hard-rock
- 3 years playing honky tonk piano with Box Full of Cash - Johnny Cash-inspired, roots rock'n'roll
- 4 years as part-time keyboards for Hot Rocks/ a Toronto-based Rolling Stones look-alike tribute band
- regular jammer with the Nationals on Sunday night jams at Grossman's Tavern in Toronto

-inspired by Lyle Lovett's beautiful rendition of Townes Van Zandt's, "Flyin' Shoes" - recorded using my Roland keyboard for flutes, acstc gtr, piano, midi drums, and electric gtr using my Strat
