I'm 23 and have been playing drums for longer than I can remember. I live in the GTA area of Toronto (Vaughan) and have tour/one-off shows/session & recording experience and have been in a multiple variety of bands within 10 years and now looking to put a new band together and bring my vision to life. As far as genres go, I'm wanting to experiment within the modern rock/metal realm (e.g Post-Hardcore/Metalcore) with a variety of different elements. I'll give more details upon inquiry. Ideally looking for 2 guitarists, and also an unclean vocalist/frontman or as some might refer to as "screamer". I already have a bassist and I am able to also do cleans. I have a jam space/recording studio in-house, so rehearsal/practice is covered. I use all professional road ready gear (such as my kit in the picture). Written enough rough material & ideas to work with as a staple-point and willing to have others bring their ideas to create something new and unique.
Requirements:
1. Age range ideally 21 - 26
2. Be able to contribute to the creative process
3. Must own or be willing to buy professional gear
4. Flexible schedule and some way of transportation
5. Have a source of income
6. Professional image and stage presence
7. Dedicated to being in a band as a career and not a hobby
