Cafe Le St-Denis presents: RYAN & THE HOLY ROLLERS
Oct 8, 2010
1428 Montarville
St-Bruno, Qc, J3V 4P9
Combining the country tradition of Hank Williams the first; the raw, soulful yearnings of Anita, Darlene, Tina and the rest of the soul sisters; the restlessness of Waylon and the political moxie of Woody Guthrie, Ryan & the Holy Rollers is best described as a country band with a rock 'n' roll heart. Founded in Montreal in the winter of 2010, the group brings together a motley group of country pickers and players from the local scene and abroad. The group proves that although the darkest hour may be before dawn, the sun never ceases to rise. They'll make you believers, too.
3373 Cavendish, just below Sherbrooke St. in N.D.G.
Every Monday night is Hillbilly night hosted by the legendary Bob Fuller.
