Acoustic-based band in York Region seeks a DRUMMER with good versatility/creativity. We're a "middle-aged" band with ecclectic musical tastes ranging from both new & old (50's-2000's) rock/pop/alternative/folk (Beatles, REM, Neil Young, MGMT, Tragically Hip, etc.) with a heavy focus on melodic songs. We are looking for a drummer who plays either electronic drums (preferred) or an acoustic kit, but can compliment our sound without drowning us out. The desire is to perform live but it's more about the joy of playing than making money. A certain amount of commitment is required for this "passionate hobby" as we hope to practice at least once or twice a week.
