We are a band that has come out of the Cornwall On,. Most bands come together from a music background, maybe a school, maybe a familly, and/or even friends. But where this story starts takes cutting the cheese to a whole new meaning.
And so it begins....
Can you tell us what happens when a drummer wants a band? Okay we'll tell you. He fu*king Starts one. And that's what Chris Fontaine (drums) did. He was searching and searching jumping from band to band, trying to find the right sound. Then one day (this is where cutting the cheese comes in) a stunning gentlemen that can shred you face off, punch you in the kidneys, and give you a severe paper cut with his guitar while making you feel at ease, Chad Besner has a discussion with him at their workplace (kraft{get the chees part now?}) and they decide to give it a shot..
After a jam session or two they decide to get serious and complete the band. so they go back to their workplace and ask another guitarist and a bassist to join. They obviously agree and show up to the first practice at Chris' house. This is where decision making became critical. Could this be the sound Chris was looking for? And they start to play. Then what is this beautiful low pitch sound coming out of the corner of the room. It was it. The sound fit. Bassist Mat Bruyere was inducted into this unknown band..
Then there was three. After trying out a couple times with one guitarist they still couldn't find their sound. Soon the guitarist will disappear and Chris goes back on the Hunt...
Brian Brownlee!! That's where he comes into the picture. He shows up at the slaughter barn for his first and most definetly not his last practice. He joined with a breath taking, jaw droping, nut kicking, sucker punch to the nose sound. This also put a creepy yet joyful smile on Chris' face and they Became Lay On Juno.
So if you've read this before and for some odd reason you are re-reading it.. you will notice the story takes another turn.. Robby Eccleshall tried out and impressed the band.. what they were looking for, a show and they got one in robby. hope you all enjoy it. Now Lay on Juno is complete we have pins for everyone and theres alot of ideas being thrown at once right now. We are ready to comense the face melting. So follow us on our adventure it can only get better..
