I am new to jamming in groups. I have been playing music my whole life but I picked up an acoustic guitar 4 years ago and have been teaching myself ever since. I am pretty dedicated to playing; at LEAST an hour a day. I have moved on to song writing and have moved to electric lead guitar (or am trying to) I would love to jam with people who also wouldn't mind giving me some tips ! I have another girl that I collaborate with currently. She does vocals and lyrics and can play rhythm guitar as well. We are in no way, experienced musicians but we would definitely like to get more involved in that world. We are older, a little more mature (haha) and 100% committed to our music. So if you're down collaborate and/or bring something new to the table, we are all for it! No judgements or boundaries

Influences
All kinds. I listen to a LARGE variety of music. Ultimately the blues and classic rock has a real influence of where I'd LIKE TO be someday. I have lots of talented friends and acquaintances in all genres of music, and I appreciate and am inspired by their talents and dedication. Led Zeppelin is definitely one of my most. I'd be happy if I could be like Jimmy Page lol. But .. the Beatles, the Animals, David Bowie, Pearl Jam, the Doors, Tool, Cowboy Junkies, Jack White, the Stones, Skynyrd.... etc etc etc. Lol

I have a Martin electric acoustic w fender amp and mic. An Ibanez Gio electric guitar with Roland amp. I also have a small keyboard. Oh! And a guitelele.
