We are a young Alt/Pop Rock band in the Edmonton Area and having been playing together just under a year. We currently play covers and are in the process of putting together some originals.
We are seeking:
A Drummer, aged 17- 26, with intermediate playing skills. We are not looking for a pro, but we are looking for someone dedicated, willing to learn and who preferably has some of their own gear.
A Rhythm/Lead Guitarist, aged 17- 26, with intermediate playing skills. Willingness to learn and dedication are more important to us than insane shredding abilities (but if you can shred that's cool too).
A Keyboardist/Synth, aged 17-26, with more advanced playing skills. We have gone through 2 different keyboardist in the past 6 months and have run into the same problem: Both could play relatively well, but had a hard time changing key and were afraid to step outside of just chording along with the guitar. We want a keyboardist that can imporvise and is not afraid to take lead parts.
