The album creates a loose concept of an individual's life journey, growing up in Harlem, NYC in the mid 1970's. I wrote this song with a concept in mind; of someone who has struggled to get by in Harlem, NYC. He's gone through hell with his peers for finding faith but has also experienced the love of God and the strength that he can tap into wherever he finds himself, whether it be in a church or on the street.
