I'm currently looking to join or start a project in either the Moose Jaw/Regina area or the Saskatoon area. I'm a dedicated musician with over a decade of pro experience, 2 albums and 3 demos under my belt, stage presence, mean chops, radioplay and proven songwriting ability. I also have ample experience handling most aspects of merchandising and regularly attend seminars and functions that improve the odds of success. I am a drummer first and foremost but am also capable on guitar, bass, keyboards and vocals. I've gigged everywhere from B.C. to Ontario and have roughly half an album's worth of complete material (minus vocals) ready for recording and the right musicians. What I require most of all is multi-talented people. Most of what I like to write has different dynamics that require different instruments so I'm stuck either finding five guys or finding three that are capable of doing the work of five, which for obvious financial reasons is my preference. I'm okay with either a purely original or an originals/covers format but won't do purely covers. I want to create, not emulate. I will do covers purely as a means of income to finance originals, but am fairly open minded as to what I cover, so long as it still fits the format of the originals (which for the most part is to the hard rock/heavy metal). I want a project that is diverse enough to allow songs that don't fit in perfectly with the format as a whole and I want other creators in the project, as nearly any band will eventually get stale with only one contributor.
