ABOUT

I'm Jeff Aguiar and I'm looking for a band with a unique, refined and engaging sound. I have 12 years of singing experience in genres ranging from metal to classical, as well as, 10 years experience as a song writer with two Metal albums (one LP, one EP) and a soon to be released Adult Contemporary EP in my portfolio. I've performed at weddings and live gigs all over the GTA and I have a penchant for working with other song writers in a fluid and reciprocal environment. I possess an exceptional work ethic but also exercise a personable approach to writing, performing and collaborating (I believe being methodical has its advantages just like being impulsive or errant can accomplish many writing feats).

My vocal influences include: Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban, Phil Anselmo (Pantera, Down), Russell Allen (Symphony X), Chester Bennington (Linkin Park), Alex Erian (Despised Icon/Obey The Brave), Ingrid Michaelson, Norah Jones, Ville Valo (H.I.M.), Bjork, Jewel, and many many others. Eclecticism is inspiring haha.
