I am an experienced drummer & percussionist with 18 years of jamming, recording and gigging experience and have relocated to Calgary, AB from Europe. I have years of production and arrangement experience and am looking for the right artist to front my next project. Please read details at the end of this profile. I have played for numerous bands and solo artists with a good 14 years experience working directly with producers in a studio environment and have recorded several top 10 singles on local charts in Malta, Europe. I have performed at top local Music Festivals (Malta) and other prestigious events such as The Malta Music Awards 2008 and DJ Ruby's 'Elements' NYE Show 2009. Another notable achievement is having co-written and recorded the music for Blaze Productions Ltd award-winning 'Kristal Water' TV ad (2009). I have experience forming percussion groups and auditioning performers and have formed 2 groups in the past, the 1st consisting of 4 performers and the 2nd consisting of 20 performers for whom I wrote, taught, choreographed and directed several pieces for 2 prestigious events held at the Hilton Grandmasters Suite, Malta.
I am currently working on a new project to explore, diversify and release my production and arrangement skills. I am looking for a male or female front person with strong vocal capabilities, edgy image and great stage presence. The ability to play an instrument is a perk but not a necessity. You will be backed by top class musicians so please bring your "A" game to the audition. Auditioning process will be in several stages... We will start with a "meet and greet" somewhere casual for a beer or two to make sure we all click personality-wise and target-wise and then set up an audition if we think we are a match.
