ABOUT

I've been singing since I was 12 with an introduction to opera. At the age of 15, I joined a youth chorus, where I was a soprano and learned to love harmonizing.

In my 20's, I became a background singer for an original band called, "Elijuun Zoo." I left my home in California with this band to tour Atlanta and the surrounding area, including playing the Samsung stage during the 1996 Olympics.

In my 30's, I joined an adult chorus, where I sang with the Alto section and again fell in love with harmonies. At the same time, I began to explore the outside nontraditional harmonies of jazz and blues.

I am now in my 40's and live in Canada with my wonderful husband, who also plays the drums for our current band called, "fonograph." My role, aside from Lead Singer, is Songwriter. I am the lyricist for all of our original music. I am proud of the development of my musical skills and of the musical legacy I plan to leave future generations.
