I want to get back into playing with a band rather than in my little home studio all the time.
I'll do covers or originals...I'm writing and working on my own stuff too. I'll sing, play guitar or bass and I can hop on keys, drums etc here and there.
I have kids and a job and all that so I can only rehearse a night a week but I'm good at homework and doing my part. No drugs or flakes pls.

Influences
Classic rock is my upbringing (Led Zep, Queen, Beatles are my musical holy trinity...love the Who, Floyd, Bowie etc as well) but I'm very into new stuff as well as 80s and 90s stuff. St Vincent, Tuneyards, Elbow, Radiohead, Elliott Smith, Police, Smiths, I could go on for days. I'm into songs and songwriters a lot and though I don't like EDM or rapping I don't mind some keyboard stuff in a band context.
I like pop, jazz, rock, hard rock but I'm sick of playing metal...everyone does it and I've had my fill (though I love listening to stuff like Megadeth sometimes)
EQUIPMENT
loads of odds and ends. I don't have a PA or acoustic drum kit.
