I am a 44 year old guy who has sang his entire life but non professionally. I have been in bands off and on with friends over the years but never tried anything too serious. Thinking it is about time to change that. I have quite a wide range from soft to belting with a decent falsetto as well. Really, I have not found too much that I could not do. I am not a screamer though, so death metal fans don't need to waste their time on me.
I have dabbled in some songwriting and poetry if originals are the goal.
Really, I am looking for some like minded people to jam with and see where it leads. :)

Influences
everything from Alice in Chains to Zappacosta. I love most styles of music but tend to listen to classic/hard rock. I was an 80's kid so that also was quite an influence. Not even sure who to compare me to, as I don't feel I sound like anyone in particular but can mimic quite a few different styles.
