I'm a bass player looking to find my first band. I would consider myself above average in skill level but I've just never had the opportunity to play in a band for more than garage playing. I have a fairly busy school schedule but other than that I'm fairly free outside of some personal commitments. I also play six string but not much more than chords. Also able to sing backup if you don't find my voice too harsh.

Influences
My #1 influence is Geddy Lee of Rush. He is the musician who got me to love the bass guitar. I also enjoy listening to Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, KISS, Yes, Motorhead, Iron Maiden, and Queen. My music taste expands further than that but it would be a lot to list.

EQUIPMENT
My #1 bass is a 1975 Fender Jazz but I have a wide range of guitars that give me many different tones. I play through an Orange AD200b bass head and plan on getting the Orange cab to match.
