SEEKING
Band to Join, Vocalist, Vocalist - Bass, Vocalist - Baritone, Vocalist - Tenor, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Other Percussion, Electronic Music.ABOUT
PROFILE IS CHANGED! Been out of the music scene for a while, looking to get back into it!! I have played piano/keyboard since I was 5, and singing and songwriting since I was pre-teen. Currently, I am looking for a male singer with a modern voice and a guitar player to work with me on a duet I wrote. This duet has a Kid Rock/Cheryl Crow/Pink sort of feel. Soon, I would be looking for the rest of the band including someone who is up to speed on current music recording as I wish to complete this song and more if all goes well! I may be interested in doing some gigs eventually, but currently have limited time as I have a family. Progress would be slower paced and practises would be limited to once per week, but I would love to start to slowly build a professional sound and music that effects others with the right people! I am not a lead singer or a band leader, I am better at co-piloting... singing harmony, duets, playing piano, etc. I co-lead a rock/alternative band years ago, but currently am looking for a slightly softer rock, pop or even dance-type of feel. If this sounds like you, I would love to meet you for a jam to see if our styles blend!

Influences
TOP 40! I have always loved current new music, still do :D Hard to say what else... I really love the piano. Every song that has ever had a moving keyboard riff or a crazy intricate piano part would have to be an influence for me... And anything fun! I like these: Drops of Jupiter by Train, Forest Gump Feather Theme, Hello-Adele, Hit the Road Jack - Ray Charles, Let It Go (Frozen Soundtrack), Limit to Your Love - James Blake, Madness - Muse, My Immortal - Evanescence, Not Over You - Gavin DeGraw, Rolling In The Deep - Adele, Sunburn - Muse, A Thousand Miles - Vanessa Carlton (no, I will never be tired of that song!) and "I would walk 500 miles if I could walk 500... something, just to be the something..um...something..." LOVE LOVE LOVE and FUN that song and yes I did just go through my phone and pick out a bunch of songs cuz I had no idea how to answer this question :-))) To be very honest, I didn't listen to a lot of music when I was younger, I spent most of my time writing it and playing it!
