SEEKING
Band to Join, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Saxophone, Keyboard, Piano, Other.ABOUT
here's how we open. I've recently moved back to Victoria (there was a lot of back and forth for the past couple months), and am now permanently settled.
I'm a musician from Vancouver, I play guitar and I sing. I studied at UBC for several years in Vocal Performance ranging from pop/rock to opera. I have toured the country in both operatic and rock aspects and have no problems being on stage. I don't deal well with egos within a group, on stage is obviously a different story.
Past projects I've played with:

It's old and not great quality, but here it is anyways.
I'm seeking like minded individuals that are interested in moving in new directions. However I'm open to anything at this point as I'm simply dying to perform again.
If you have a project and are seeking a singer or guitarist. I have approximately 13 years of vocal training and can play the guitar (rhythm, not lead). Or are looking to start something and get out there and make some music please contact me!
I have touring and marketing experience, I've toured/supported bands such as:
Social Code
Black Halos
Marianas Trench
Goodbye Beatdown
Incura
So if you're interested in starting something new or looking for a new member please give me a shout.
As much as I appreciate the interest and inquiries, I'm not interested in joining a heavy metal project.
Alternative/Emo rock is definitely within my genre. My voice doesn't really bend the heavy metal way and I'm looking for something with more melody to it.
Cheers
Dave
