ABOUT

We are CHAOS WITHIN, a Power Groove Metal band from Orangeville, Ontario.

We are currently looking for a new singer. Although our old singer was an amazing vocalist, it just wasn't working out in terms of commitment and availability.

What we need:

We are about to sign to Blind5 Records and need someone who is 100% committed - which means, Chaos Within would have to be your highest priority in terms of musical endeavors, available for weekly practices and regular gigs, awesome stage performance & crowd interaction, and is able to tour when needed! You also need to be financially committed. As far as vocal styles go, we do not want someone who is strictly a Black/Death metal vocalist. As you can tell by our songs we need someone who can "sing" as well as scream. The more range you have, the better.

As you can see, the vocal influence that we like is someone who can scream as well as sing melodically.

The Future of Chaos Within:

We have just finished recording our first 6 song EP and are in the final stages of getting artwork done and getting it pressed. The next steps that we are planning on taking with Blind5 Records within the next year are:

-To get a full length album recorded with all new material(which we will be getting distribution through Universal Records for)

-Tours within Canada

-Music video

-CD release party for 6 Song EP.

Right now we are working on new material for the full length, which is faster, heavier and crazier than any of the stuff we have done yet.
