BLACKWING is an established working hard rock & classic metal band based in London, Ontario that has been around since 2008. We play primarily hard rock from the late 70's and early 80's such as April Wine, AC/DC, Led Zep, Triumph, Deep Purple, Ozzy, KISS, Motley Crue, GnR, Whitesnake, and Rush as well as some classic metal like Black Sabbath, Dio, Judas Priest, Scorpions, Metallica and Iron Maiden. We are also currently working on an original recording project and plan on playing original-only shows with other original bands, in addition to playing cover tune format shows. Our original sound is influenced by Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Dio and Black Sabbath among others.
