ABOUT

Former lead singer/guitarist/songwriter for the past top 10 Alt Rock bands in Canada Normann (disbanded in June 2013). After a long tenure with the Rock Band Normann, Dan pursued a bunch of solo shows/ playing a bunch of music festivals and venues all over Ontario in the summer of 2013 before moving to Fort McMurray in September. Diverse in any musical style, but mainly based in the Rock Genre, Dan continues to seek out new opportunities for his music to be heard. Dan has crafted the country based theme song used by Camp Quality as their theme song for the camps all across Canada, has toured Canada and loves to perform live. Dan spent time in Nashville TN working for Capital Records group as a studio musician in the late 90's and has worked with artists such as Ricky Scaggs, Vince Gill as well as working with other musicians from across the globe. Musical from the crib, formal training starting at age 5, Dan was teaching Guitar at Ryson's Music Studios by age 13. Dan play a wide assortment of instruments but focus' on the back bone of the typical Rock band. Influences include but not limited to Rush, Triumph, Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, Van Halen, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, STP, Willie Nelson, George Jones, The Beach Boys, Sabbath, GNR, Journey, Boston and so on... Music is his passion with hundreds of songs penned and progressing always, he only seeks to release his heart, soul, thoughts and emotion through the music. To be shared and heard.
