Due to family commitments, Barslap is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED replacement guitarist as of September 2016. . The person we are looking for will be primarily the lead guitarist, although you will be asked to step back and play rhythm on a few tunes as well. We are a no ego, no bullsh*t but committed group of guys, ( friends if you wish ) that have been together for more than three years and have started developing a very good following wherever we go. We have long standing gigs at Boston Manor as well as Mannys in Brantford. We gig regularly and require the following from any individual who might be interested:

-stage presence
-back up vocals ( lead vocals may also come into play )
-good gear and available transportation
- egos and attitudes are NOT welcome
- FIRM commitment of once a week practice and flexibility to play every weekend if need be (although we try to play 2-3 times a month), and flexibility to be able to play on less than a weeks notice ( note, this does not happen often but we do advise venues we can be ready within 24 hours).
- bonus points for those with a following or with contacts for future gigs
- MUST come to practice prepared or too ask questions.

We are a democratic group of musicians and friends, and we truly all get along, and we hope to bring in someone we all can gel with. We have a very diverse and unique set list and much of our info, not all, can be found on our website.
