I really like taking cover songs and adding a blues/jazz feel to them. I love performing with a band, jamming and improvising. I love writing music but really like the idea of working with other musicians put on a well put together show - rather than just 're singing a hit song' (although that's fun too)

Influences
Love motown music and those for the 60's - aretha, ray charles, smokey robinson, james brown; boyz 2 men, beyonce, sade, feist, nelly furtado. I really love spanish music as well - shakira, marc anthony, juanas. There are many other influences but thats the type of music I think I'd love to play on a regular basis :)

I have a key board and a african drum . I also have some basic recording equipment.
