Band to Join.ABOUT
I am a former vocalist from a few different local bands looking to start/form or join an existing tribute/cover band, tighten it up, and get out there to play some live shows!
My ultimate wish-list band would be to form or join a Clutch/Company Band (and/or mixed in with some similar artists) tribute. Maybe a mix of heavy southern stoner blues rock kinda vibe. I like the idea of putting something together to just play some solid rock that everyone can enjoy in a bar/club. Even if they aren't familiar with the bands we're playing.
Really though i'm open to many different ideas for giving vocals a go for your band if you're down a singer or still looking or whatever. I enjoy being a front man and i can sing.
Also worth mentioning, I have a job, i don't care to "be a rockstar" and i have a family. I just wanna play, man. Haha.

I give regular listens to...
Generally and most familiar with : Tool/APC/Puscifer, Deftones/Team Sleep, System of a Down, Clutch/Company Band, Alice In Chains, Janes Addiction, White Zombie.
And in heavier metal : Soulfly/Sepultura, Static-X, Killswitch Engage, All That Remains, Fear Factory, Devildriver, Ministry, Prong.
I've been diggin' a lot of "Stoner/Doom/Sludge" Metal lately also.

EQUIPMENT
I have my own vocal PA for practice, in the past i have generally rented my own equipment for shows. I have a practice guitar and a bass. I can provide all my own gear for whatever i need depending on the project I'm doing.
